Niagara Falls Travel Ontario

The Horseshoe Falls are at the edge of the City of Niagara on the lake, Ontario, Canada. It takes its name because of a bend it has like a horseshoe of about 792meters wide and 3meters deep and it has water volume of about 2.271.240liters fall per second. The Falls have a height of 53meters and the deepness of the river is about 56meters.

On Canadian Falls the 90% or Niagara River water while the 10% left runs along American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls in New York.

From Niagara Falls Ontario, you can see this beautiful spectacle if you stand on the river bank, or go up Skylon tower at 160meters height and so you can also see all the place.

Just at the peak of the tower there is a turning restaurant where you can eat and enjoy the landscape at the same time.

Maid of the Mist ship sets out from the mole there arriving just next to the Falls going under Horseshoe and it is an even better expectacle from the one offered in New York side.
